Mesela 300 bin TL de\u011ferinde konut alan bir m\u00fc\u015fteri bu konutu ayl\u0131k 1000 TL\u2019ye kiralarsa kendi paras\u0131n\u0131 300 ay sonra \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f olur. S\u00f6z konusu konut i\u00e7in amortisman s\u00fcresi 300 ay yani 25 y\u0131l olarak hesaplan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Konut amortisman s\u00fcreci T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de illere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmektedir. Son verilere g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ortalama konut amortisman s\u00fcreci 17 ile 18 y\u0131l aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor.
