Ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bir\u00e7ok farkl\u0131 \u015fehrinde ya\u015fanan depremler, deprem sigortas\u0131na ilgiyi art\u0131rd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin bir\u00e7ok b\u00f6lgesinde depremler meydana geldi. Bu depremlerde can kayb\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra mal kay\u0131plar\u0131 da ya\u015fand\u0131. \u00c7ok say\u0131da depremin ya\u015fanmas\u0131 sonras\u0131nda insanlar\u0131n zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131na daha fazla ilgi g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p>Alt\u0131n Emlak Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mustafa Hakan \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, geride b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u0131l\u0131n zorunlu deprem sigortas\u0131 rakamlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulundu. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda en \u00e7ok poli\u00e7enin \u0130zmir depreminin ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 30 Ekim&#8217;den sonra Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, &#8220;2020 y\u0131l\u0131 Kas\u0131m ay\u0131nda 971 bin 895 zorunlu deprem sigorta poli\u00e7esi d\u00fczenlendi. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda 9 milyon 992 bin seviyesine ula\u015fan poli\u00e7e say\u0131s\u0131 ile bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 5,3 art\u0131\u015f ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015f oldu. 2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda kesilen poli\u00e7eler ile de 10 milyon s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>2021 y\u0131l\u0131nda zorunlu deprem sigortal\u0131 evler i\u00e7in \u00f6denecek en y\u00fcksek teminat bedeli 268 bin TL&#8217;ye \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten \u00d6zelmac\u0131kl\u0131, &#8220;Betonarme konutlar i\u00e7in metrekare birim maliyet de\u011feri ise bin 268 TL&#8217;ye y\u00fckseltildi. DASK, depremin ve deprem sonucu meydana gelen yang\u0131n, infilak, tsunami ve yer kaymas\u0131n\u0131n do\u011frudan neden olaca\u011f\u0131 maddi zararlar\u0131 teminat alt\u0131na al\u0131yor.
