Yani ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 takip eden 1 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ihtarname g\u00f6nderilmezse kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi bitimine kadar kirac\u0131 evde oturmaya devam eder.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130htarnamenin g\u00f6nderilmesi durumunda ise kirac\u0131n\u0131n evi tahliye etmesi i\u00e7in 6 ayl\u0131k s\u00fcre tan\u0131n\u0131r. Sat\u0131lan evden kirac\u0131n\u0131n tahliyesi i\u00e7in 6 ayl\u0131k bekleme s\u00fcresi bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SATILAN EVDEK\u0130 K\u0130RACININ HAKLARI NELER?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sat\u0131lan evde olan kirac\u0131 ne yaz\u0131k ki devam eden kira s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi bulunsa dahi evi bo\u015faltmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.
